Market Stats

Single Family Homes – January 2020

Compared to a year ago, we have fewer new listings, more properties sold, and generally more days on the market throughout Boulder County. It is still a Seller’s market at all but the highest price points, but the longer days on market indicates buyers are being more selective, probably due to average sales prices being so strong throughout the County.

Attached Townhomes/Condos – January 2020

Compared to a year ago, there are more new listings, significantly higher average sales prices in Boulder, and still generally tight inventory. In Boulder, average days on the market are up for condos/townhomes as well.
