Available Home Inventory Drops Across the State, But is UP in Boulder
Boulder appears to be a diamond in the rough at the close of 2019. Inventory across the state has dropped significantly year over year:
-40.5% in Denver County
-39.9% in Broomfield County
-38% drop in Jefferson County
