Colorado Snowpack is off to a promising start – or at least not at drought levels. The U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Council reports that last year at this time 70% of average snowfall had fallen. In comparison, this year’s slightly above average amount is fabulous.
Shockingly, experts agree that it is hard to say where we’re headed for the rest of the season.
