Last week, Boulder Community Hospital sold its 14.9 acre campus (at 4th and Mapleton) to Crystal Ridge Colorado LLC for $12.9 million. Crystal Ridge Colorado is a company formed on December 22nd, 2014. Although the company hasn’t provided specifics, there is speculation that the 311 Mapleton parcel will be redeveloped.
BCH will lease back the property through December 2015, giving the hospital time to relocate acute care from 1100 Balsam to the BCH Foothills campus.
