Rather than a traditional broker's open, the sellers are hosting a casual gathering to mark the close of their time in the home.
Join us for paella, brisket, and a relaxed walk-through of the property. It’s an opportunity to experience the home as it has been lived in — designed for connection, indoor-outdoor flow, and memorable evenings.
All are welcome — feel free to bring a colleague or buyer who may appreciate the setting.

Getting Here
- We'll have a constant shuttle running from the Daudy Draw trailhead just 2 minutes to the house.
- Please park at "Parking Lot at the Daudy Draw Trail Head" and hop on the shuttle to the party.
- There will be signage in the parking lot and on the shuttle.
- The shuttle will run from 4:15 - 6:45.
