The members of the National Association of REALTORS® were surveyed for the release of their Confidence Index.
The REALTORS® Confidence Index is a primary indicator of housing market strength. It is based on a monthly survey sent to over 50,000 real estate practitioners.
They were asked about their expectations for prices, home sales and market conditions.
According to the result, homes are sold in 60 days or less in 42 out of 50 states and Washington D.C.
While homes in 17 states were sold in 30 days or less. And Colorado is one of them.
